Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company YellowYacht (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the information provision service (hereinafter referred to as "FIVE") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms of Use)

① These terms and conditions shall become effective when the User agrees to these terms and completes the registration process as a user of the service according to the procedures established by the Company.

② The Company may amend the terms and conditions to reflect changes in laws or the service.

③ In the event of any changes to the terms and conditions, the Company shall post the revised terms and conditions on its website or other appropriate channels at least 7 days prior to the changes.

④ However, if the amendments significantly affect the User's rights, the Company will post them at least 30 days in advance.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

For matters not specified in these terms and conditions, relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and guidelines established by the Company shall apply.

Article 4 (Nature of the Service)

① FIVE provides the following services:

1. Information about ingredients related to carbon emissions, environmental, and ethical issues.
2. Setting individual goals for not consuming specific ingredients (Vegetarian objectives).
3. Displaying whether the Vegetarian goals were achieved or failed for each meal.
4. Carbon emissions per meal.
5. Daily total carbon emissions from all meals.
6. Advertising agency services related to the operation of the platform.
